Professional wills

Do you need to make a professionally prepared Will?

Planning the disposal of your estate and making a Will are amongst the most important things you will ever do. By protecting your wealth and assets and making a valid Will, you can protect those people who matter to you most.

Whatever your circumstances, if you die Intestate (without having made a Will) it leaves your loved ones in an uncertain and stressful position. In addition, of course, your assets will be distributed in accordance with the law (known as the Intestacy rules) which may not be you what you would wish, but there is no planning from the grave! Putting your affairs in order is one of the most important tasks you are likely to undertake.

You can rely on me to provide impartial advice and guide you through the sometimes complex topics involved in making a Will.

Living Wills (Advance Directives)

A Living Will (otherwise known as an “Advance Directive”) is a declaration of your position with regard to the advance refusal of medical treatment. The document enables you to express your wishes clearly, in advance of the time when such difficult decisions may need to be made by your family and loved ones.
